The Wallaby Plus Electric Trike is the wider, more heavy-duty version of our Wallaby, built with 20x4.0" fat tyres for added stability, comfort, and confidence across a wider range of terrain.

Designed for riders who want a more planted and secure ride, the Wallaby Plus offers a smoother, more stable feel than the standard Wallaby. The larger 20x4.0" tyres provide extra grip and cushioning, making it better suited to gravel paths, uneven surfaces, grass, and light off-road riding.

Its wider tyre setup also gives the trike a more grounded and supportive feel, making it a great option for riders who prefer extra stability, a roomier ride feel, or added confidence on mixed terrain.

• Half-twist start assist: Gentle low-speed assistance helps you move away from a standstill.
• Walk mode: Low-speed powered assistance helps when guiding the trike through parking and storage areas.
• Powered reverse: Back out of parking spots without having to push the trike manually.
• Rear differential: The rear wheels turn at different speeds through corners for smoother handling.
• Hydraulic brakes on all three wheels: Hydraulic disc brakes provide consistent stopping control, with parking brakes for stationary use.
• Wide seat with back support: A broad seat and supportive backrest help make everyday rides more comfortable.
• Puncture-resistant tyres: Designed to reduce everyday punctures while maintaining grip and ride comfort.
• Lights and indicators: Front and rear lights, a brake light and left/right indicators help improve visibility.
• Folding frame and handlebar stem: Reduce storage space with the central frame and folding stem. Follow the model’s folding instructions and check the space needed before transport.
• Removable, lockable battery: Charge on or off the trike, then lock the battery securely in place.
• 45 kg rear cargo basket: The included rear basket makes room for shopping and everyday essentials. Its 45 kg capacity is part of, not additional to, the trike’s total load limit.

Size and performance

Folding reduces storage size, not lifting weight. Allow for fitted accessories when checking storage and transport space.

Power configuration and road use

The 250W version is manufactured and configured to EN 15194 requirements. The 500W version is for private-property and off-road use only, where permitted; it is not supplied for public-road use. Riders must check and follow local laws and regulations.

Ridewave ships e-bikes, e-trikes, parts, and accessories Australia-wide from our Melbourne warehouse. Free shipping applies only to parts and accessories orders over $100; orders under $100 have a flat $10 shipping fee. E-bikes and e-trikes are bulky freight items, and their delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and vehicle type.

• In-stock orders are processed Monday to Friday, with tracking sent after fulfilment.
• E-bikes and e-trikes are bulky freight items, so delivery timing can vary by postcode, suburb, product size, carrier capacity, and remote-area handling.
• Parts and accessories may travel with your e-bike or e-trike, or be sent separately depending on the order and carrier. If items are sent separately, you will receive a separate tracking email for each shipment.
• Remote and island locations are included in the checkout delivery calculation. Some orders may need our usual delivery checks before dispatch, but accepted orders will not receive a separate post-checkout freight surcharge.
• Click & Collect is available from Ridewave showrooms. Sydney pickup may require stock transfer from Melbourne before collection.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to cancel or recall it. If you change your mind after delivery, please contact us before returning anything. Eligible unused, unopened and unassembled items may be returned under our change-of-mind policy; return freight, original delivery charges and applicable fees may apply. This does not affect your rights if your product is faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged in transit.

Ridewave provides a 1-year limited warranty on eligible products against manufacturing faults and defects under normal intended use. Warranty assessment depends on the product, purchase date, issue type, usage, assembly, maintenance, and review by the Ridewave team.

• Eligible warranty claims may involve replacement parts, repair support, or another appropriate solution after assessment.
• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, tyre punctures, misuse, water damage, unauthorised modifications, improper assembly, lack of maintenance, crash damage, or third-party repairs completed without written approval.
• Please keep your proof of purchase and submit photos or videos when making a warranty claim, as Ridewave reviews evidence before approving warranty outcomes.
• Warranty support is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Eligible change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase in line with Ridewave's return policy. Returned items must be unopened, unused, unassembled, undamaged, in original packaging, and approved by Ridewave before being sent back.

• Contact Ridewave before returning any item. Our team will review the request and provide return instructions if the return is approved.
• Opened, assembled, used, ridden, damaged, or altered products are not accepted for change-of-mind returns by default.
• Return shipping costs, original shipping costs, restocking fees, refused-shipment costs, and payment processing fees may be deducted where applicable.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
