Ridewave ships e-bikes, e-trikes, parts and accessories Australia-wide from our Melbourne warehouse. Standard e-bike and e-trike shipping is free to VIC, NSW, QLD, SA and ACT; $250 AUD to WA and TAS; and $500 AUD to NT. Parts and accessories orders of $100 AUD or more ship free; orders under $100 have a flat $10 shipping fee.

• In-stock orders are processed Monday to Friday, with tracking sent after fulfilment.
• E-bikes and e-trikes are bulky freight items, so delivery timing can vary by postcode, suburb, product size, carrier capacity and remote-area handling.
• Parts and accessories may travel with your e-bike or e-trike, or be sent separately depending on the order and carrier. If items are sent separately, you will receive a separate tracking email for each shipment.
• Transit insurance is included with every order.
• Most deliveries require a signature. To have a parcel left without one, contact the carrier directly to arrange authority to leave.
• An additional surcharge may apply to a small number of exceptionally remote addresses. We will contact you first, and we won't collect it or dispatch the order without your agreement.
• Free Click & Collect is available by arrangement from our three showrooms in Vermont (Melbourne), Girraween (Sydney) and Marrickville (Sydney), with free assembly for e-bikes and e-trikes collected in person at all three. Please give us one to two days' notice where possible. Our Sydney showrooms hold demo stock only, so Sydney pickup requires a stock transfer from Melbourne.
• Local Delivery: within 100 km of our Vermont showroom, we can deliver your e-bike or e-trike fully assembled for $150 AUD per bike.

• Victoria: 1–7 business days
• New South Wales / ACT: 1–10 business days
• Queensland: 2–12 business days
• South Australia: 2–10 business days
• Tasmania: 4–8 business days
• Western Australia: 5–14 business days
• Northern Territory: 7–14 business days

These times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Freight timing can be affected by your postcode, regional or remote-area handling, carrier capacity, weather, public holidays and other transport conditions.

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch; once an order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel or recall it. Change-of-mind returns apply to all products, including e-bikes and e-trikes, if the item is brand new, unopened and still sealed in its original box. Please contact us before returning anything. This does not affect your rights if your product is faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged in transit.

Ridewave provides a 2-year limited warranty on ebikes and e-trikes (battery: 2 years or 300 recharge cycles, whichever comes first) and a 6-month limited warranty on accessories, starting from the date of delivery or showroom pickup, against manufacturing faults and defects under normal intended use. E-bikes and e-trikes delivered or picked up before 15 October 2026 have a 1-year limited warranty. Warranty assessment depends on the product, purchase date, issue type, usage, assembly, maintenance, and review by the Ridewave team.

• Eligible warranty claims may involve replacement parts, repair support, or another appropriate solution after assessment.
• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, tyre punctures, misuse, water damage, unauthorised modifications, improper assembly, lack of maintenance, crash damage, or third-party repairs completed without written approval.
• Please keep your proof of purchase and submit photos or videos when making a warranty claim, as Ridewave reviews evidence before approving warranty outcomes.
• The warranty is for the original purchaser and is non-transferable if ownership changes.
• Warranty support is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind returns apply to parts and accessories only. E-bikes and e-trikes aren't covered by change-of-mind returns. You can request a return for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be brand new, unopened and still sealed in their original box. If you're not sure which model suits the rider, book a test ride or call us before you order. Appointments are strongly recommended at all three showrooms, so please call ahead to book.

• We can't accept items that have been opened, assembled, ridden or used. Items must be unused, unassembled, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Contact us before returning anything. We'll send instructions if the return is approved.
• You pay return freight. Original delivery charges aren't refunded, and where shipping was free we deduct the actual outbound shipping cost. A 10% restocking fee is deducted from approved refunds.
• High-capacity lithium-ion batteries are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns once dispatched. Battery orders that haven't been dispatched can be cancelled.
• Approved refunds go to the original payment method, usually within 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty, incorrectly supplied, damaged in transit or doesn't match its description, and no fees or freight deductions apply in those cases. For full conditions, please see our Returns & Refund page.
